Nestled between the Shops at Wailea, Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean, this villa offers immediate access to the sand and surf where friendly pool attendants will set up your lounge chair as requested. This unit is conveniently shaded from most direct sun making it the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor terrace throughout the day. Take advantage of the paved pedestrian pathway that runs for miles along the coast and discover many dining and shopping options.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms this villa has more than 2,200 square feet and is elegantly decorated "Tommy Bahama" style. In the great room you'll find a flat panel/plasma HD TV with premium movie and music channels plus an HDMI DVD, CD and an iPod docking station. Indoor dining seats six to eight guests while outside offers a comfortable lounging and cocktail area overlooking the pool and a Viking propane grill. You can prepare quick snack or complete meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This villa also has a work area with wireless and high speed internet, fax/scanner/copier as well as a complete array of office supplies and an answering machine. Bedding consists of two California king beds and a queen Murphy bed in the den which can be closed off from the great room. Both bathrooms have a deep soaking tub and shower, hair dryer and custom toiletries. Other amenities include central air, a private elevator, two safes, an assortment of DVDs plus luxury bath and bed linens.
This unit is close to the family pool, spa, fitness center, business center and complex lobby. This unit has a garden view however, there are times when a partial ocean view is available, depending on the growth cycle of the lush green foliage planted outside. There's a second pool for adults plus two open-air, star-lit, free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds outdoors, just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services and both are heated with a relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention. A dedicated in-villa monitored security and safety alarm system is installed. Also, attentive security personnel patrol the grounds for guest security. One unassigned parking spaces are available in the garage at no charge and additional unmarked spaces are available outdoors.
